Nebo Cigarettes Indian Tobacco Felt Rugs  These are 4 different Native American designs.  Measure 5" X 3 1/4" and were made in Factory No. 21 5th Dist. of N.J.  Tobacco felts, also known as tobacco rugs, were small pieces of fabric given away by tobacco companies as incentive for buying their product.  These small pieces of fabric were often used for quilts and pillows.  Felts were replaced by coupons around 1916.
