KOOL Cigarettes Advertising Fan 1940s  Original late 1930s-1940s Willie The Penguin item.  Advertising Cork Tips with Mild Menthol Flavor.  Also shows on back items you could get by saving their coupons off of packs.  Very good shape for the age, there is minor issues with green on front and a tear of his left foot.  Still complete and rare advertising.  Grumps Collectibles So-Cal.
