Shakspere MacBeth Longmans’ English Classics

Shakspere MacBeth Longmans English Classics  This is the January 1911 Hardback release.  Originally property of the Board Of Education New York stamped 1912.  In fantastic condition for the age.  Slightly dirte, but no tears to mention.  This series edition was famously edited with an introduction and extensive educational notes by John Matthews Manly, a professor at the University of Chicago.  The cover features a classic turn-of-the-century Art Nouveau style cloth binding with intricate blue and gold gilded geometric and floral borders.  Grumps Collectibles So-Cal.
