Junior Police Handcuff Set, 1950s

1950s dimestore item.  Made of galvanized tin or steel (a magnet sticks to them), they're mint on their original package. A cardboard insert inside says "Junior Police Handcuffs" and has an illustration of a policeman items.  Includes a whistle.
