Congress Garage Shaving Mirror Thermometer Giveaway Late 1930s-Early 1940s.  Really neat mirror that was given to customers via the owner of the garage.  Thermometer seems to work nicely.  Mirror shows age, but still viewable.  Measures 7.5" X 6" overall.  Nice piece.
