1928-48 Hub Nut Cupped Washer

1928-48 Hub Nut Cupped Washer  Also fits 1928-47 Pickup.  It goes in between the lug nut and the wheel surface.  It can make wheels with worn lug holes usable, and reduces paint from chipping when the nuts are tightened.
