1928-40 Front Radius Rod Ball Bushing Spacer  Passenger and Pickup.  Takes the space caused by wear on the radius rod ball, use with original stamped steel ball socket, NOT aftermarket cast-iron style. Grease prior to installing.   May require one or two.
