1928-39 Electric Wiper Motor  110 degree, automatic self stop black cover.  3" stem, 12-volt.  Built in on-off switch on motor cover(on black style)  to accept all stock wiper arms and blades if machined. Stainless reuires a sitch on dah to operate.
