1928-31 Rumble Lid Hinge Kit  This kit includes hinges, brackets & all mounting bolts & fasteners.  You may need some flat washers for shims between the bracket & lid to align.  May require some minor fitting & trimming in pivot bolt area due to body variables over the years.
