Junior Police Handcuff Set, 1950s

Junior Police Handcuff Set 1950s  1950s dime store item.  Made of galvanized tin or steel (a magnet sticks to them), they're mint on their original package. A cardboard insert inside says "Junior Police Handcuffs" and has an illustration of a policeman items.  Includes a whistle.
