Realistic Crystal Microphone Model 33-907  Not tested.  On/Off Switch.  Crystal microphone.  Brand: Realistic (a brand of RadioShack), 1950s-60s. Often characterized by a slim design and a cable with a 1/4" phone plug connector, as seen in the image. These microphones were commonly used for general-purpose recording and public address applications.
